Beyond the Visible

Ananda KARABO is a Los Angeles–based contemporary painter whose work moves between Neo-Expressionism, psychological figuration, and abstraction. Through saturated color, fragmented forms, and intuitive mark-making, she explores the shifting relationships between identity, perception, memory, and the body.

Her paintings give form to experiences that often resist language, creating psychologically charged worlds where the familiar becomes uncertain and the invisible assumes a presence of its own.
